Habitat volunteers do more than hammer nails on a construction site. For each builder at a Habitat house there are many more who work in other ways to make it possible to build the house.
Habitat volunteers do things such as:
· Donate food for on-site workers
· Contribute professional skills such as architectural, legal, financial, technical, and
public relations
· Run errands during construction projects
· Help on the construction site with clean-up and painting
· Donate land
· Donate money for materials
· Help with fund-raising activities
Habitat for Humanity of Logan County welcomes the involvement of churches, service clubs, civic groups, businesses, and individuals, young and old, in the mission of Habitat.
